Everlyn Nicodemus (b. 1954, Kilimanjaro) is an artist, writer, and curator whose powerful practice - spanning painting, mixed media, and poetry - explores cultural trauma, healing, and the role of art in confronting historical violence. Now based in Edinburgh, she has exhibited internationally at institutions including the Centre Pompidou and National Galleries of Scotland, with works held in major collections such as the Arts Council Collection and the Flemish Community Collection.
